Comment: My main influences are rooted in Eastern cultures, particularly the myths and folkloric stories from “1001 Nights”. I delved into secret tips of storytelling, focusing on “Scheherazade’s” spiraling (tale in tale) narrative structure. I explored the mechanics of how one tale can be stringed into another, to evolve a story-line and reveal different perspectives of the subject. my photography is also draws inspirations from the character Scheherazade, as she highlights the inner beauty of Indian-Persian -Arabic- and all middle -east women and magnifies the shared emotional burden of women as a whole.
