Comment: This is a very special picture for me as it is one of my first long exposure pictures. The bridge is at Dianthlen, Meghalaya, India and a famous tourist spot as well. I was however lucky to have been there on a sunset with very few people around and tought to myself tat no clouds don't make a good picture but still decided to take atleast one. To my amazement it came out well and thankfully so.
