Comment: The formation of the icicle is something common in the highlands of my country, especially in the interior, which is not only cold but also humid. Thus, this image was captured in the surrounding area of ​​the highest city in Portugal, in Guarda, during the passage of clouds and negative temperatures, in which ice formed quickly around the plants.
